"Search a Database" Page

This page is designed to provide convenient using of created statistics, rules and decision trees for target table records searching. You can also test probability of rules and decision trees data with the help of this page.

Controls, placed on this page, allow to:

  • Load the Database (Analysed Database)
  • Automatically form SQL Queries for searching data in tables with the use of rules and decision trees
  • Change SQL Queries settings
  • Easily switch between Database tables
  • View and sort table records
  • Search for values in tables
  • Test probability of rules and decision trees

"Search a Database" Page Controls

Main buttons:

  • "Load Database..." button - click it to open the "Database Loading Wizard" dialog.
  • "Close Database..." button - click to disconnect the from the database.
  • "Options" button - click to open the options setting dialog.
  • "Fields Mapping" button - click to open the "Fields Mapping" dialog.
  • "Search..." button - opens search dialog. Use it to process Simple Queries.

Database controls:

  • "Table Selected" list - contains all the tables, switched on in the currently loaded database. To switch between tables in a database - select a new table from the list. Note: After changing a table it might be necessary to use the "Fields Mapping" dialog.
  • "Analysed Database" control - displays the table, selected from the database.
  • "Search Result" - list displaying records with search results.

After performing a Simple Select Query the "Analysed Database" control will contain only those records, that will match the setted criteria.
